In a relay, every runner runs their own leg.
Stafett runs the first.

Studio

Stafett takes a business idea all the way to a finished foundation: case, financial model, brand and often a working product. Then a co-founder takes over and makes it their company. The studio is based in Stockholm and works nationwide.

The founder, Lucas Ahlm

“So far I have built ventures in property, technology and sport. In property: a national advisory firm for commercial property, a property management firm in Skåne and my own brand in residential brokerage. In technology, a range of services, among them a development partner for digital automation and a non-profit app about pioneering Swedes. At 13, I founded a handball club in my hometown in Skåne – and I’m glad to say it is still around today.”

How it works

  1. Application and a first call about you01
  2. Non-disclosure agreement, then the full material02
  3. A few weeks of dialogue and drawing up an integration plan03
  4. You start the company and get to use the idea and all the material04
  5. A 60-day mutual trial and the required vesting05

Terms

The co-founder owns the majority. Stafett takes a minority stake based on how far the project has come. Stafett takes part as an advisory part-owner.

Capital

If the company needs capital, Stafett can invest itself and introduce the company to capital partners. Everyone invests on the same terms.
